Returns & Refunds

All wildrag. pieces are handmade in small quantities, with each bag individually cut and crafted from real bandanas. Because of this, variations in pattern placement, color, and shape are part of the character of each piece and are not considered defects.

Damaged Items
We carefully inspect every piece before it leaves us. If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email address] with your order number and clear photos of the damage.

If the damage is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or full refund, including the original shipping cost where applicable.

All Sales Are Final
Due to the limited and one-of-a-kind nature of our pieces, all sales are final. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to the courier at the time of delivery. Once the courier has left, the order cannot be returned or exchanged.

We do not accept returns or exchanges after delivery for change of mind, incorrect size, color preference, or variations that are a natural result of using genuine bandanas.

Please note that the suede fringe is delicate and should be handled with care. Damage caused by improper use, washing, or care is not covered under our return policy.
